Distilled from fresh pressed cane juice on a column still and matured in oak, it pairs intensity with notable freshness. The nose is full of vanilla, tropical fruit, pineapple and candied notes, the palate turns to licorice, vanilla, citrus and candied fruit, and the finish stays on licorice, citrus, black pepper and a sweet edge.
