Beenleigh Honey Liqueur

Beenleigh Honey Liqueur comes from Beenleigh, one of Australia's oldest registered distilleries, and pairs the house aged rum with a honeyed sweetening. The five-year age and ex-bourbon maturation give it a genuine rum backbone before the honey character is layered on.

Bottled at 35% and firmly a liqueur, this is the soft, sweet end of the range. Expect honey and vanilla over a mellow, lightly oaked rum, smooth and rounded rather than spirity. It suits sipping over ice or stirring into warm drinks, and is best taken as the sweet treat it is rather than a dry aged rum.
