Brewdog Seven Day Vodka Rhubarb and Lemon

BrewDog Distilling Co. makes this vodka on a triple-bubble copper pot still, pushing steam through it over a seven-day run for heavy copper contact. Copper matters in distillation because it binds and removes sulphur compounds, cleaning up the spirit as it goes, and BrewDog then filters the vodka only once so it keeps some of its own body rather than being scrubbed fully neutral.
