Belvedere is distilled at Polmos Żyrardów in Poland from 100% Dankowskie rye, the grain that gives the brand its signature creamy weight and gentle spice. The rye is distilled four times to strip out rougher congeners while keeping a rounded, velvety texture, then reduced with water to a clean 40% by volume. Rye is the harder grain to work with, but it rewards the effort with a fuller mouthfeel than wheat, and the Summer Edition simply tunes that base toward a fresher, more floral expression for the season.
