Berentzen Zitrone is a lemon liqueur from the Berentzen distillery in Lower Saxony, a German house known for liqueurs and spirits since 1758. It pairs the fresh acidity and sweetness of ripe lemons over a mild base, bottled at 15%, balancing the citrus sharpness against a light fruit sweetness in the way lemon liqueurs typically do.
