Berentzen Smoothie Berry Kiss is a berry fruit liqueur from the Berentzen house in Lower Saxony, a German distiller since 1758. It is built from pure fruit essences over a mild base, the berry composition styled to recall a fresh smoothie, bottled at 15% in a 500ml format. In the traditional fruit liqueur style the fruit carries the drink, here kept soft and refreshing.

The nose is fruity with ripe berries and a fine sweet note, the palate fruity and full bodied with a clear berry intensity and a mild alcohol note, the finish soft and sweet with a berry aftertaste. Behind the bar it brings juicy berry flavour, sweetness and colour, a fruit base for a berry mojito or a daiquiri variation. It pours neat or over ice, lengthens into a fruity long drink, and pairs with desserts such as berry mousse or panna cotta. Serve it chilled to keep the fruit lively.
