Marzadro Crema Alpina Melone is a cream liqueur from Distilleria Marzadro, the grappa distillery in the Trentino valleys of northern Italy. It carries the house grappa knowledge into a softer style, folding fresh milk from Trentino into a creamy emulsion flavoured with melon and bottled at a gentle 17%. The melon over fresh Alpine cream is the signature, a fruit led take on the cream liqueur that pours soft and dessert sweet.

The nose is aromatic and fruity, the palate creamy and full bodied with clear melon over velvety cream, vanilla and a hint of cocoa, finishing long and full. Behind the bar it works as a body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, fruit and sweetness, which suits a creamy melon martini riff, a dessert cocktail or a simple pour over ice. Serve it well chilled, neat or on the rocks to show the texture. As a cream liqueur it is a dairy product once opened, so keep it cool and use it reasonably fresh.
