Description
Mozart Chocolate Cream is a milk chocolate cream liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house built around chocolate liqueurs. It combines conched Belgian milk chocolate, fresh cream, a cocoa liqueur and natural vanilla at 17% in the 700ml bottle, made from natural ingredients and gluten free. As a dairy cream emulsion it is a dairy product once opened, best kept chilled and used within a few months.
The nose is chocolaty with fine vanilla and cocoa, the palate full bodied and creamy with a strong cocoa note and a subtle vanilla sweetness, the finish long and elegant with a sweet, chocolaty aftertaste. Behind the bar it adds velvety chocolate body, dairy richness and sweetness, the base of a chocolate dessert cocktail or a serve over ice. It also refines coffee, and pairs with chocolate cake, tiramisu, crepes and ice cream in the dessert kitchen.
