Delicana Zimt Cachaça Artesanal Likör

Delicana Zimt is a spiced liqueur from Brazil that joins the country's cachaca tradition to the warmth of cinnamon. It is built on cachaca artesanal distilled from freshly pressed sugar cane juice, which gives a smooth, natural depth, then infused with cinnamon for its characteristic spice and sweetness, bottled at 28%.

The nose is intense cinnamon over light vanilla and caramelised sugar, the palate sweet and spicy with warm cinnamon, fine caramel and a hint of roasted wood, closing long and mild with a balance of sweetness and spicy warmth. Behind the bar it adds baking spice, sweetness and the grassy character of cane spirit, useful wherever a drink wants warmth: it makes a cinnamon caipirinha, brings spice to a Brazilian inspired serve and lifts warm winter drinks. It is good neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, and works as a spiced base for creative cocktails. A warming cane option for the back bar.
