Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur

Kwai Feh is a lychee liqueur from the Netherlands, made from lychee extract and bottled at 20%. It captures the sweet, refreshing flavour of the tropical lychee fruit in liquid form, with a fruity intensity balanced between sweetness and freshness, and carries a delicate pink colour drawn from the fruit. The lychee character and that soft pink hue are the whole idea, giving it an exotic place on a back bar geared toward fresh, fruity serves.

The nose is fresh lychee with sweet, floral notes and a hint of tropical freshness, the palate fruity and sweet with intense lychee, a light floral edge and a pleasant fruity sweetness, finishing long and refreshing with a clear fruitiness and a mild, sweet close. Behind the bar it brings exotic lychee flavour, sweetness and an eye catching colour, which makes it a natural for a Lychee Martini, a Lychee Mojito or a fresh serve with tonic water.
