Bottega Pesca Peach Liqueur

Bottega is a family distillery in the Veneto, the grappa house founded at Bibano in 1977 on a vine growing line reaching back to 1635. This Pesca liqueur combines natural fruit juice from peaches grown in good conditions with grappa, alcohol and sugar, giving a sweet, fruit forward liqueur bottled at 28%.

The nose is full of fresh, freshly picked peach, the palate rich, fresh and fruity with sweet stone fruit. As a fruit liqueur it brings ripe peach flavour, sweetness and a soft colour to a glass, an easy partner for sparkling drinks. Serve it chilled or on the rocks as an aperitif, lengthen it with prosecco or soda for a Bellini style long drink, or pour it over ice cream, sorbet and fruit desserts. A clean peach note that earns a place on a summer menu.
