This limited edition takes the typical Baileys notes toward summer, combining the creamy base with the sweet freshness of strawberries, bottled at 17%.

The nose is fresh strawberry over a gentle creamy note and a hint of vanilla, the palate creamy and full bodied with sweet strawberry freshness, the finish long and sweet with a fruity close and a soft vanilla cream finish. Behind the bar it is a dessert and body ingredient, adding dairy richness and a fruity strawberry sweetness to a Strawberry Cream Martini or a creamy long drink, and it stands in for cream where a berry note is wanted. It pours neat or over ice to intensify the flavours. As a dairy product it should be kept cool once opened and used within a few months.
