Cierto Tequila Reposado Private Collection

Cierto Tequila Reposado Private Collection is a 100% agave reposado produced at NOM 1146, the La Tequileña distillery in Atotonilco el Alto, the house responsible for Don Fulano, ArteNOM 1146, Fuenteseca and Cimarron. Production is overseen by master distiller Enrique Fonseca, one of Jalisco's largest agave growers, and his nephew Sergio Mendoza, giving the brand a serious pedigree behind its decorative presentation.
Resting a few months in oak gives this reposado its amber colour and a refined, lightly sweet profile of caramel, cinnamon and soft oak over cooked agave. La Tequileña is known for blending copper pot and column distillation for refinement, and that polished, structured character comes through in a reposado that stays restrained rather than heavily wooded. Bottled at 40%.
