Crisp juniper meets fine citrus and a quiet thread of Alpine and Mediterranean herbs, all kept smooth and well-mannered. Distilled in Italy’s Friuli, where mountain air meets the Adriatic, it balances floral lift against gentle spice. Elegant, clean, faintly peppery on the close.

Description
Domenis 1898 has distilled in Friuli for well over a century, in the north-eastern corner of Italy where the Alps slope down toward the Adriatic. That meeting of mountain and sea shapes the Friulian Angel: a botanical bill that gathers Alpine herbs and Mediterranean citrus around a classic juniper core, distilled with enough care to keep the whole thing smooth without sanding off its complexity.
The nose is fresh and juniper-forward, with fine citrus and a subtle herbal spice. The palate follows softly and harmoniously, citrus brightness threaded through floral and herbal nuance, closing long and elegant with a clean, faintly peppery warmth. Build it into a Martini, or pour a measure over ice with a dry tonic and a sprig of rosemary.
