Just five botanicals, but softly drawn: juniper, lemon peel and orange blossom meet coriander and a thread of lavender. This Belgian London Dry runs mild and floral, finishing long, complex and dry. An understated dark-batch gin for those who prefer depth over noise.

Description
Copperhead Black Batch is a special edition from the Belgian house, built on a deliberately tight bill of five botanicals: juniper, lemon peel, orange blossom, coriander and lavender. Where many gins chase complexity through volume, this one earns its depth from restraint and a careful distillation, the result milder and softer than a typical London Dry, bottled at 42%.
The nose pairs fine juniper with floral notes and subtle citrus. The palate is soft and elegant, juniper meeting a spicy, tea-like note, fruity sweetness and a fine floral lift from the orange blossom and lavender; the finish is long, complex and pleasantly dry with a faintly spicy edge. Serve it with a floral or Mediterranean tonic and a lemon twist, or build it into a Martinez where its depth shows.
