Cubical Kiss Special Distilled Gin (Gift Box)

Cubical Kiss is the fruit-forward sibling in the Cubical range from Bodegas Williams & Humbert in Spain, the house behind that unmistakable cube-shaped bottle. It begins as a triple-distilled London Dry, then takes a softer turn: alongside the classic juniper, coriander and angelica root come strawberry, orange blossom and citrus, tilting the whole thing toward something sweeter and more floral.

The nose is fresh strawberry and citrus over a fine juniper base, and the palate follows gently, sweet fruit and orange blossom carried by a subtle juniper spice. The finish is soft, faintly sweet and elegant, with a last flick of citrus. Make a fruity gin and tonic garnished with fresh strawberries and a curl of orange peel, or stir it into a Berry Collins on a warm day.
