Thirty-one botanicals give this an unusually sweet, layered character: red berries and citrus over juniper and coriander, with cinnamon and cardamom warming the edges. Macerated overnight in local corn spirit and cut with Alpine meltwater, it tastes of meadows, herb gardens and pine. Long and generous on the palate.

Description
Baerenman distils in the Pannonian lowlands, within sight of Austria's highest peaks, drawing on the Leitha's clear water and the wild flora of the surrounding forests. Its London Dry leans on thirty-one botanicals macerated overnight in locally produced corn spirit, gathering poplar buds, acacia and fresh berries alongside the classic juniper-and-coriander backbone, with the alcohol brought to strength by fresh mountain water.
The nose is floral and green, all herb garden and pine forest. The palate turns fruity and full, red berries and citrus laced with cinnamon and cardamom, finishing long and warm. It reads like freshly turned fields and flowering meadows. Serve it over ice with a premium tonic, or let its sweetness carry a berry-forward cocktail.
