Ish London Dry Gin

Ish is a modern London Dry made in the capital and distilled five times in small batches, a process that scrubs the spirit to a fine clarity. Twelve botanicals go into it, among them juniper, coriander, angelica root, liquorice, nutmeg and both orange and lemon peel. The name is an acronym, Irresistible Scandalous Hallmark, and the gin lives up to the cheek: bold and juniper-forward, yet smooth enough to please purists and mixers alike.

The nose offers fresh juniper, citrus zest and a touch of coriander. The palate is soft and full, juniper meeting spicy nutmeg, bright citrus and a hint of liquorice, before a dry, gently warm finish with a whisper of sweetness. Pour it into a Gin & Tonic with a wedge of grapefruit or a rosemary sprig, or let it carry a classic Dry Martini.
