Bloom Strawberry Gin Liqueur

Bloom is known for floral, light-footed gins, and this strawberry liqueur takes that signature in a fruitier direction. Hand-picked strawberries are blended with Bloom's fine botanicals to give a delicate sweetness and fresh fruit character, bottled at a gentle 25% so it sits as easily on its own as it does in a drink.

The nose is fresh strawberry with a subtle citrus lift and a hint of botanicals; the palate is sweet and fruity, ripe strawberry to the fore with a light herbal spice and a citrus edge.
