Coastal English garden in a glass: fresh citrus up front, then roses and lavender blooming over a quiet spice of coriander and angelica. Distilled in small batches in the seaside town it’s named for, soft and round at 40%. Floral, balanced and easy, with a gently spiced close.

Description
Brighton Pavilion Dry Gin is made by the Brighton Spirits Company in small batches, a nod to one of England's best-loved seaside towns. The botanical bill reads like a British garden: hand-picked citrus, the spice of coriander and angelica, and the floral lift of lavender and roses. It took Silver at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2019, a fair marker of the balance on show.
The nose is fresh citrus over roses and lavender, with a subtle coriander-and-angelica spice beneath. The palate is soft and round, citrus freshness and juniper held in easy balance with herbs and a light floral note, closing long and refreshing with a gentle spice. Make a G&T with premium tonic and a lemon twist, or stir it into a Martini.
