Finsbury Wild Strawberry Gin

Finsbury has a long pedigree, its London Dry made to a secret recipe dating to 1740 and distilled ten times in copper stills in small batches. Wild Strawberry is the historic distillery's first flavoured gin, and it builds straight on that legendary base of juniper, citrus peel and cinnamon bark, folding in the flavours of wild strawberries and red fruits for a fresh, fruit-forward turn.

The colour is a soft rose, the nose ripe strawberry and citrus over juniper. The palate is fruity and subtly sweet, fresh strawberry and citrus framed by the typical juniper note, before a long, easy finish. It slips happily into a G&T with a few fresh berries, and makes a fine base for a Strawberry Gin Smash on a warm afternoon.
