Soft and floral, with elderflower and tart cranberry curling around clean juniper. Poured neat it glows deep blue; add tonic and it shifts to violet, the colour drawn entirely from natural ingredients rather than dye. A playful pour from a third-generation fruit distillery that gives a slice of every sale to cat protection.

Description
The Schleihauf fruit distillery in Germany has been making spirits by hand since 1982, now run by Adrian Schleihauf, third generation, who named his Böser Kater range after his cat Rüdiger and channels part of every sale into cat welfare. The Two Faced Gin earns its name through theatre as much as flavour: a deep royal blue in the glass that turns a startling violet the moment something acidic, like tonic, meets it. The colour comes from secret but wholly natural ingredients, no synthetic dye involved.
The nose is gentle, elderflower and cranberry over a clean juniper backbone. The palate keeps that softness, floral and lightly fruity with tart cranberry threading through the pine, finishing long and smooth. Build it tall over ice with a good tonic, watch the colour bloom, and finish with a sprig of elderflower or a few fresh berries.
