Bright citrus and a whisper of coriander lift a classic juniper core, smoothed by a soft 40% body. Distilled in the Netherlands and dressed in a bottle that nods to its painter namesake, it carries a faint peppery depth beneath the freshness. Easygoing, elegant, and quietly self-assured.

Description
Named for the Dutch master and produced at the Cooyman distillery in the Netherlands, this gin leans on a familiar London-style framework rather than novelty. Carefully chosen botanicals are distilled in small batches, with juniper kept firmly at the centre and citrus and fine herbs layered around it. The painterly bottle is the showpiece, but the spirit inside is built for balance rather than spectacle.
The nose is expressive juniper threaded with citrus oil and a touch of coriander. The palate is smooth and even-handed, fresh citrus and earthy juniper meeting a subtle lift of pepper that gives it real depth, before a long, gently spiced finish. A natural in a Dry Martini, or in a gin and tonic with a good dry tonic and a curl of lemon peel.
