Bloom London Dry Gin

Bloom is the creation of Joanne Moore at G&J Distillers, one of England's longest-running gin houses and among the first women to hold a master distiller's role. She set out to make a gin that put flowers ahead of pine, building it from chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo so the juniper sits in support rather than command. The result helped define a whole softer, floral style of gin.

The nose is delicate and fresh, chamomile and honeysuckle laced with citrus. The palate is light and mild, fruity pomelo over gentle juniper with subtle herbal touches, and the finish stays soft, floral and refreshing. Serve with a premium tonic and a few sliced strawberries or a wedge of grapefruit to echo its blossom-and-citrus character.
