Citrus-forward and velvety, with fresh juniper, a floral lift and a touch of sweetness on the close. Triple-filtered in small Scottish batches and named for Franz de la Boe, the 17th-century professor often credited with inventing gin. Smooth enough to flatter a neutral tonic and an orange twist.

Description
Boe takes its name and its story from Franz de la Boe, the seventeenth-century professor sometimes credited with blending the first gin while searching for a medicinal tonic. The modern spirit is made in Scotland in small batches, with rare hand-picked botanicals infused into fine neutral grain alcohol and carefully distilled. A triple filtration smooths and clarifies it, drawing out fresh citrus and a velvety texture, and it is bottled at 41.5%.
The nose offers fresh juniper berries with citrus fruit and floral notes. The palate is smooth and harmonious, juniper, citrus and subtle herbs in easy balance, finishing long with a gentle spice and a slight sweetness. Its citrus freshness shines in a classic G&T with a neutral tonic and a twist of orange or grapefruit peel, and it makes an obliging base for a Martini.
