Nikka All Malt

Nikka All Malt is a no age statement blended malt from Nikka, combining malt whisky from the Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido and the Miyagikyo distillery in Miyagi Prefecture. Produced for the Dutch market at 40%, it draws on Ex-Bourbon cask maturation and represents one of Nikka's more approachable malt-only expressions.

The All Malt blends the robust, malt-driven character of Yoichi with the softer, fruitier output of Miyagikyo, creating a profile that shows both distilleries in a gentler register. Ex-Bourbon oak adds vanilla and a light cereal warmth to the citrus, dried fruit and fragrant notes that sit naturally in the blend. The malt extract quality typical of Nikka's malt distilleries gives it a pleasing, rounded texture even at the lighter 40% bottling strength.
