Fuji Gotemba Fuji-Sanroku Signature Blend is a blended whisky from Kirin's Fuji Gotemba distillery in Shizuoka prefecture, where malt and grain are both produced on the same site. Fuji-Sanroku takes its name from the Japanese phrase for the foot of Mt. Fuji, and the Signature Blend is the flagship expression of this line, bottled at 50% for global markets.
Produced from Fuji Gotemba's own malt and grain distillates and matured in Ex-Bourbon casks, the blend delivers fresh fruit and citric brightness from the grain component, with honey and vanilla from the American oak and a toasted quality that adds structure. The declared profile notes dried fruit in the background, giving the finish warmth and length. At 50%, the blend sits at the edge of cask strength and retains a lively, direct character.
