S.B.S Jamaica & St. Lucia 2015 is a single cask bottling from 1423's Single Barrel Selection, marrying eight year old rum from Jamaica and Saint Lucia and matured in ex-bourbon oak. The pairing brings together Jamaica's fruity pot still character and Saint Lucia's more technical edge.
Bottled at cask strength of 55% with no added sugar, it leans sweet and creamy, with banana, chocolate and caramel leading and Saint Lucia adding a light estery, technical lift behind.
