Description
Ronera Cardenas Kawama Anejo is an aged Cuban rum in the ron ligero tradition, made from molasses and kept light and clean. The Cuban school favours column distillation and a gentle, master-blended style that lets short barrel ageing add warmth without weight.
Bottled at 38%, it should show light vanilla, soft caramel and a touch of oak over a clean Cuban base. Easy and mellow, it works equally well as a relaxed sipper or as the heart of a more characterful Cuban cocktail.
