Distilled from fresh pressed sugar cane juice on a creole column still and matured in ex-bourbon oak, tropical ageing means nineteen years here delivers real depth. Expect the dry, spice forward character of mature Martinique agricole, a grassy cane backbone layered with vanilla, baking spice, cocoa and toasted oak. Bottled unsweetened at 47.8%.
