The 2015 vintage is a seven year old presented at a friendly 46%, a drier, more restrained take on the house style.

Distilled from molasses on the pot still and matured in ex-bourbon American oak, it is certified unsweetened. The aroma is typical Worthy Park, banana, funk, ester and barrel, the palate turns to vanilla, baked banana and a round bourbon influence, and the finish dries out with lemon peel, banana and young wood. There is a light smoky, charred note from the oak and a youthful bitterness behind the fruit. It keeps the distillery character without full funk or cask strength power, an approachable, distinctly Jamaican pour that shines neat or in a Mai Tai.
