Great Dane White is an unsweetened pot still white rum bottled in Denmark, blending Caribbean stocks from three distilleries including Worthy Park, Hampden and Angostura. At 47% it sits a notch above the usual white strength, giving it real presence for mixing or sipping.

The Jamaican components shine through with an estery, lightly funky nose of rubber, acetone, tropical fruit and caramel alongside pineapple and vanilla. The palate is soft for the strength, overripe pineapple, citrus, raisin and spice over a fresh, dried fruit edge, with a warm, citrus led finish. The blend keeps the funk in check rather than letting it run wild, and the absence of any cane sweetness gives it a clean, honest character.
