It is a molasses based spirit, full continental in style, aged in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-cognac wood and bottled at a robust 52.5%.

The profile is fruit and herb driven, with a nose of red fruits, floral notes and a herbal edge, leading into a palate that stays fruity and herbal before a woody finish. The continental ageing and the cognac and bourbon casks lend structure and a dried fruit depth without heavy sweetness, in keeping with Ferroni's purist approach.
