This Tres Hombres edition pairs the sail powered rum project with Dominican blender Oliver & Oliver, a house known for soft, dessert leaning ron built from column distilled molasses spirit. Bottled at 43%, it sits squarely in the gentle Spanish style where careful blending and oak give the rum its character over a clean, light distillate.

The nose leans nutty and sweet with coffee and wood, the palate brings nuts, chocolate, caramel and a little spice, and the finish stays woody, sweet and nutty.
