Ron Larimar Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a young Dominican Republic ron, molasses-based and column-distilled in the Spanish-heritage style, then finished in casks that once held Oloroso sherry. At five years old it is on the younger side, with the sherry wood shaping much of its identity.

The nose is fruity, leaning on sour cherry and cherry, while the palate carries a clear sherried character alongside the warmth of the spirit. At 40% it is soft and easy, a rounded, lightly sweet pour rather than a structured aged dram. The Oloroso finish gives it a dried-fruit dimension that lifts the otherwise gentle Dominican base.
