Ti Arrangés de Ced Ananas Caramel Beurre Salé is a flavoured rhum from the Les Rhums de Ced house, made by macerating pineapple and salted-caramel flavours over an agricole cane-juice base. This bottling is unusual for an arrangé in resting on a single ex-whisky cask, with a 2021 vintage and around a year of age.
No formal tasting notes are recorded, so the copy keeps to the concept: ripe pineapple and rich salted caramel over the cane base, a sweet, dessert-leaning pour at 32%, with the whisky cask adding a soft oak backdrop.
