This Rum Explorer bottling comes from Château du Breuil, the Calvados house, and showcases column still rum from the Travellers distillery in Belize. At just three years old and 41%, it is an entry level look at the Belize profile, intended as an affordable way to sample the origin rather than a serious aged statement.

Matured in ex-bourbon casks and left unsweetened, it leads with soft vanilla, caramel and light fruit, with gentle spice and a touch of cocoa on the palate.
