World’s End Rum Falernum

World's End Rum Falernum is a Belgian take on the classic Caribbean cocktail sweetener, a rum-based liqueur flavoured in the traditional falernum mould of lime, clove, ginger and almond. It is a bar ingredient first and foremost, not a rum to drink on its own.

Bottled at 35% and distinctly sweet, it is built to bring spice, citrus and sweetness to tiki and rum cocktails, where a measure adds depth and balance. On its own it reads as a sweet, syrupy liqueur, so it is best understood and used as the cocktail component it is meant to be.
