Bielle distils on Marie-Galante, the small Guadeloupe island known for high-proof blancs and cane-variety experiments, and this Rhum Arrange Coco macerates coconut into that agricole base. Unlike many coconut rums built on neutral spirit, it keeps the distillery's own character in play.

The coconut reads as natural and authentic rather than synthetic, while Bielle's floral, grassy agricole signature lifts through the sweetness and stops the rum becoming one-dimensional. Distilled from fresh cane juice on a column still and softened to 24%, it is sweet and creamy, an arrange made for easy chilled sipping, yet the cane-juice base gives it more interest than a typical coconut liqueur. Honest about its sweetness, this is a coconut rum with real island provenance, pleasant neat over ice or stirred into a pina colada where the agricole edge can show through.
