Maison La Mauny VO Signature du Maitre de Chais is an aged agricole from La Mauny, a heritage Martinique house at Riviere-Pilote whose roots reach back to 1749. This VO is the cellar master's accessible signature, a multi cask aged rum aimed at everyday drinking.

Distilled from fresh pressed cane juice on a column still and matured in oak, it keeps the grassy cane core while wood and spice fill out the profile. The nose offers mango, sugarcane, spice and vanilla, the palate woody and peppery with vanilla and a smoky edge, and the finish stays on wood, allspice, vanilla and pepper. Bottled at a gentle 40 percent, it is approachable and fruit forward with enough cask play to keep it interesting, a reliable bar workhorse for casual sipping and a dependable Ti Punch base.
