That Boutique-y Whisky Company, known for its comic-strip labels, bottled this Batch 1 of Nc’nean, a young ex-Bourbon expression of the organic single malt.
Maturation in low-tannin American oak gave the light spirit vanilla and a nutty edge while keeping its bright, fruity character.
At 60.2% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, honey, vanilla and a nutty note, undiluted. A Boutique-y Batch 1.
