Description
This is Batch 16 of Nc’nean's Organic Single Malt, the rotating core release, a 2018 vintage from the organic, net-zero distillery on the Drimnin Estate.
Split between shaved, toasted and recharred red wine casks and ex-Bourbon, the young malt drew red fruit and spice from the recharred wine wood and vanilla from the bourbon oak.
At 46% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, honey, chocolate and a hay-like note. A batch of the core range.
