From Jack Wiebers' Fighting Fish series, this is Old Rhosdhu, one of Loch Lomond's historic single malt names, a mature 30 year old from 1990.
Three decades in ex-Bourbon mellow the light spirit, the oak lending vanilla while the years drew the strength down over the years.
At 47.5% it shows the soft, worn maturity of a great age, light malt and honey over old wood. A mature Old Rhosdhu.
