Description

This Single Cask Limited Edition, a 15 year old from a 2004 vintage, matures Loch Lomond in Pedro Ximenez, an outturn of 320 bottles at cask strength.

Fifteen years in PX load the spirit with the sweetest sherry, the cask's residual sugars and melanoidins giving raisin, date and treacle.

At 54.5% it shows dark PX raisin and date over the mature spirit, with a cooked-vegetable depth, undiluted. A PX single cask 15.
