Description
This Inchmurrin 12 Year Old is the Island Collection release of Loch Lomond's floral malt, distilled in the straight-neck Lomond stills whose high cut gives the fruit-forward character.
Twelve years in ex-Bourbon round the spirit, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla and a nutty depth through its lignin and lactones.
At 46% it shows fresh fruit and vanilla with chocolate, honey and a nutty note over a citric lift. A core Inchmurrin.
