Wilson & Morgan, an Italian house, is prized for its carefully chosen Barrel Selection casks. Distilled in 2009, this 14 year old Linkwood, from cask 548133, was bottled in 2023, from the Barrel Selection range.
Held in Pedro Ximenez for fourteen years, the cask works its fruit into Linkwood's fresh, grassy fruitiness.
At its natural 50.5%, the Pedro Ximenez brings raisin, date and a treacly sweetness. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
