Wilson & Morgan, Fabio Rossi's Italian label, bottles single casks at natural strength. The cask was filled in 2009 and bottled in 2023, a 14 year old Linkwood, from cask 548138, part of the Barrel Selection series.
A Pedro Ximenez cask and fourteen years enrich Linkwood's green-apple-and-grass character.
Bottled undiluted at 50.2%, the PX lends a syrupy raisin sweetness. On the palate, citrus, cooked fruit, dried fruit, honey.
