Signatory Vintage, founded 1988, runs Edradour and its Un-Chillfiltered and Cask Strength Collections. Distilled in 1997, this 24 year old Linkwood, from cask REM 4246, was bottled in 2022, part of the Natural Colour | Cask Strength series.
Twenty-four years in ex-Bourbon frame its fragrant, springtime-floral make.
At its natural 56.6%, the American oak frames the fruit with vanilla. The Speyside fruitiness shines, grassy and honeyed.
