Description

Gordon & MacPhail of Elgin has shaped independent bottling for over a century, since 1895. This 47 year old Linkwood, from cask 4359, came off the stills in 1973 and was bottled in 2020.

A turn in Oloroso over 47 years folds the wine cask through Linkwood's fresh, grassy fruitiness.

At its natural 51.4%, dried fruit, nutmeg and a polished-oak depth from the sherry. It carries a mineral edge.
