Description
Berry Bros & Rudd, founded in 1698, draws single casks for its Berrys' Own Selection. A 19 year old Linkwood, from cask 013904, this was distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2013, in the Berrys' range.
Nineteen years in the bourbon cask polish Linkwood's green-apple-and-grass character.
Bottled at 46%, the American oak lends vanilla and a light spice. The fruit is bright and the texture silky, classic Linkwood.
